PRODUCTION TIME:

Standard production time for catalog quantities only; one color/location imprints (unless otherwise noted) is approximately 3-5 business days. Standard production time for above catalog quantities, multi color/location imprints (unless otherwise noted) is approximately 7-10 business days. Production time is calculated from the time of the receipt of a complete purchase order and proof approval. Jetline's hours are 8:30 am - 6 pm, EST, Mon-Fri.
A complete purchase order must include:
  • Typed purchase order with company billing information, PO number, item number, item color, item quantity, imprint color, imprint location, art instructions, shipping instructions (ship to address(s), ship method, and shipping account # if applicable). (Note: handwritten orders are not accepted). Orders are received and processed by two different departments (Art and Order Entry); therefore, in order to ensure accuracy please include imprint color and art instructions on both the art AND purchase order submissions. Omitting the imprint color from the PO will result in a delay in order processing.
  • Clean and properly formatted artwork (see Art Requirements).
  • Established account in good standing, credit approval or receipt of credit card information (Visa or Mastercard only).
  • Orders and related artwork should be emailed to orders@jetlinepromo.com.
  • Complete purchase order (including art) must be received before 3:00 PM EST to count for that day.
  • Orders are processed by 2 different departments. Therefore please include both art and order information in the body of the e-mail with all submissions or resubmissions. Jetline will not be held responsible.
  • Clearly marked in-hands date. A must-ship date is not accepted – only a clearly marked in-hands date is honored as an in-hands date. If you want your order to ship on a must-ship date you must include the corresponding in-hands date on the PO as well. If no in-hands date is clearly listed on the order, factory reserves the right to ship up to 5 working days from receipt of complete purchase order. Factory will not absorb upgraded freight costs when notified after order placement of pending event date. For un-established accounts, production begins upon credit approval, and/or receipt of prepayment. Factory will NOT contact customer when in-hands date is not provided. Order acknowledgement will serve as notice of estimated ship date unless email address is not provided. Orders may be rescheduled up to two days after acknowledgment ship date.
  • The absence of any of the above stated information will deem the order incomplete and will delay production time.

Jetline offers free 1-day (24 hour) rush on all in-stock items; catalog quantities only; one color/location imprints only; screen, pad, label and laser engrave orders only. Please see 1-day rush conditions for details. Same day rush also available; please see same day rush conditions for details.

FREE 1-DAY RUSH SERVICE CONDITIONS:

Free 1-day rush service is available on all in-stock items; catalog quantities only; one color/location imprints only; screen, pad, label and laser engrave orders only. We recommend that you go to our website www.jetlinepromo.com and check live inventory prior to submitting your rush order.

Rush order requirements:

  • Complete rush orders (PO and artwork) must be submitted together to orders@jetlinepromo.com.
  • Complete order must be received before 3:00 pm EST to ship on the next business day. NOTE: All changes made the same day as order shipment must be received before 3:00 pm EST.
  • Orders must be CLEARLY MARKED 1-Day Rush and must include in-hands date. Failure to mark the order as RUSH will cause a delay in order shipping. Failure to mark an in-hands date will delay orders to run on a 3-day production and ship schedule.
  • Orders must be CLEARLY MARKED with item number, item color, quantity, imprint color and shipping instructions. Failure to provide required info deems PO incomplete and will delay production.
  • All communication, including PO and artwork must include PO# and all order info.
  • Art must be submitted as vector art to size.
  • Art re-creates are not available for rush orders.
  • No multi-color, and multi-position orders accepted.
  • No Less Than Minimum (LTM) orders accepted.
  • Only Laser Engrave, Label, Screen and Pad Print orders are available for rush (No rush service available for Deboss or 4 Color Process Heat Transfer orders).
  • No paper proofs available.
  • Orders must have established account in good standing. Note: credit approval will delay production; therefore we require all new accounts to pre-pay all rush orders (Visa or MasterCard only) unless credit is established and approved in advance.
  • Maximum of 3 spilt shipments permitted.
  • USPS shipping not available on rush orders.
Without clearly stated in-hands dates, the factory reserves the right to ship orders up to 5 working days from receipt of completed purchase order. Additional charges may apply. NOTE: A must-ship date is not accepted – only a clearly marked in-hands date is honored as an in-hands date.

      4 Color Process or Thermal Printed Labels

      4 Color Process Heat Transfer

        Set-up Charges: $65(G) per location
        Run Charges: $0.90(G) per piece, per location.
        Please Note: Heat transfer orders will incur a run charge for the first imprint location, as well as each additional imprint location.

        Please Note: 4 color process heat transfer orders must be ordered in quantities of 250 pieces per design (minimum order of 250 pieces).
        Production Time: Orders of catalog quantities (one imprint location only) is approximately 7-10 business days. A proof requires an additional 3 business days to the 7-10 business day production time. Standard production time for heat transfer orders of above catalog quantities and orders with multiple imprint locations is 10-12 days. Rush production is not currently available.         Note: PMS matching is NOT available for 4 color process heat transfer orders.
        Note: Pre Production Samples are not currently available for 4 color process heat transfer orders due to the 250 piece minimum order.

      Debossing

        Set-up Charges: $65(G) per location
        Run Charges: $0.90(G) per piece, per location
        Note: Deboss orders will incur a run charge for the first imprint location, as well as each additional imprint location.

      PRODUCTION INFO, ORDER DETAILS & OTHER CHARGES:

      Acknowledgements:All orders are acknowledged via fax unless emailed acknowledgement is specified on each individual PO along with specific email address to be used. Upon receipt of acknowledgement, please review all information carefully. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, or if there are any discrepancies, please contact customer service immediately. Orders will be processed and billed as per information on order acknowledgement and are considered final. Order Changes: Any changes made to orders after receipt of initial PO must be made in writing via e-mail or fax. Each change will be billed at $5(X). All changes made the same day as order shipment will be billed at $20(X). All changes made the same day as order shipment must be received before 3:00 pm EST. Note: Jetline will make every attempt to apply changes on ship date but cannot guarantee that this will happen! This does not include factory data entry errors or increases to order quantity. All changes should be emailed to changes@jetlinepromo.com. We cannot make changes after 3:00 pm EST to orders shipping that day. Please include ASI or customer number and purchase order number in the subject of your message and clearly mark all changes.
      Paper Proof: $10(G) Paper proofs are produced within 48 hours from receipt of a complete purchase order for standard production.
      Factory will not be held responsible for paper proof approvals that contain errors whether the error is that of the factory or the client. An approval means the Distributor is approving the product/paper proof. Proof approval is required before 3:00 pm EST the day before the order is scheduled to ship. Proof approvals for large quantity, multi-color, multi-location, 4 Color Process Heat Transfer, and Deboss orders may be required several days In advance of the estimated ship date.
      PMS Color Match: $40(G). Factory will make every effort to closely match any PMS color. An exact match cannot be guaranteed, especially on polyurethane stress relievers and non-white items. PMS matching is only available for screen and pad print orders. Neon colors cannot be guaranteed. Note: We reserve the right to print our stock “Reflex Blue” when orders do not specify “blue” and our stock “Emerald Green” when orders do not specify “green. PMS matching is NOT available for 4 color process heat transfer or label orders. 4 color process heat transfers are CMYK process-printed using 4 individual colors (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) to achieve a singular/final result and lack the precision of the pantone system and color formula mixing process. Results may vary in final process printed art due to color of product, light, and variance in monitor resolution and machinery calibration.
      2014_PMS
      Less Than Minimum (LTM):$55(G). Absolute minimum is 1/2 the minimum catalog quantity. First column pricing applies. LTM orders are only available for standard production orders. LTM fees and first column pricing applies to all re-orders. Due to the cost of order processing, we will not accept orders for less than $100(X) (not including freight).
      Blank Orders: Unimprinted orders will be billed at End Quantity Pricing (EQP) less 5%. Due to the cost of order processing, we will not accept orders for less than $100(X) (not including freight).
      Over/Under Runs: Every effort is made to ship the exact quantity ordered; however due to the nature of the manufacturing process we reserve the right to ship 5% (2% on orders 5,000 or more) over or under the quantity ordered and invoice accordingly.
      Exact Quantity: $30(G) for exact quantity shipments.
      Assorted Colors: Minimum of 50 units per color may be ordered. Not available with Less Than Minimum orders.
      Copy Change: $35(G) per change.
      Color Change: $25(G) per change.
      Drop/Split Shipments: $10(G) per location after the first.
      Handling Charges: $3.25(G) A per box handling fee applies in addition to billed freight including orders shipping on a 3rd party account number.
      Insurance: $3(X) per purchase order.
      Confirmation of Receipt: Jetline generates an automated email reply once purchase order is received. This reply is a generic receipt and does not constitute as order acknowledgement, but rather as receipt of PO. You will receive an actual order acknowledgement within 48 hours after receipt of order unless email address is not provided. (Rush order acknowledgements will be processed sooner). If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours of submission (sooner for rush orders) please contact factory.
      Self-Promo Policy: Billed at 10% Off EQP price and 50% off applicable setup and run charges.

      PRODUCT SAFETY & COMPLIANCE:

        Quality Certification Alliance (QCA): Jetline has shown its dedication to product safety and compliance by successfully completing a program through the Quality Certification Alliance (QCA) in 2011 along with its subsequent annual factory audits. The accreditation emphasizes Jetline’s mission to provide safe, quality, social compliant, and environmentally conscientious merchandise to the market. Only a handful of suppliers have met these qualifications since QCA was founded in July 2008. Jetline will continue to learn and improve on best practices so that its customers will always have an exceptional experience with their orders.
        Note: As part of the QCA process Jetline products now include tracking data in discreet positions as part of the compliance and safety process. Jetline will NOT accept returns for complaints related to tracking found on product. We encourage you to order samples for your client to review in advance of placing order.

      Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA): In compliance with CPSIA, all products primarily intended for children under age 12 will include tracking numbers. Testing and all documentation for these products may be requested from the factory. Jetline does not intend for any items to be used as children’s products or toys, but rather as advertising specialty items only.

    California Proposition 65:Jetline’s products meet all applicable federal safety requirements as enforced by the FDA, CPSC, and FCC. Jetline’s products shipping to California are also subject to Proposition 65. Prop 65 requires consumer product warnings for products shipped to California that expose the consumers in California to a list of published carcinogens or reproductive toxins unless such chemicals are present below established Safe Harbor Levels or are present in concentrations that pose no harm.
    Jetline’s inks used to decorate in the USA have been tested and do not contain chemicals at concentrations that would require a Prop 65 warning. Safe Harbor Level limits have not been fully established for all materials used in Jetline’s products, but we may be able to offer, upon request, 3rd party testing for specific chemicals in specific products. Additionally, customers may request that Prop 65 warning label be applied to their products prior to shipment for a fee of $0.04(X) per piece. This warning label will ensure compliance with Prop 65 regulatory requirements. Prop 65 Warning label reads: WARNING:This product may contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

SAMPLE POLICY:

Spec Sample & Pre-Production Proof: $40(G) per color/position plus end quantity pricing (EQP) of the product. They are produced in 3 working days and are shipped via UPS Next Day Air service unless otherwise specified. Production time is 5 working days from written product proof approval. Total responsibility for imprint and design lies with buyer when a product or paper/fax proof is waived. Not available for rush orders. Not available for 4 color process heat transfer orders due to the 250 piece minimum order. Factory will not be held responsible for product/paper proof approvals that contain errors whether the error is that of the factory or the client. An approval means the Distributor is approving the product/paper proof..

Random Samples: All random samples feature assorted imprints. Factory cannot promise specific imprint colors. Un-imprinted pieces may be substituted when printed product is unavailable.
Samples are billed at catalog end quantity pricing (EQP). If total cost of sample order is less than $5(C) and distributor provides a UPS or FEDEX account number for freight, order will be processed and shipped at no charge. If total cost of sample order is $5(C) or greater, distributor will be charged EQP pricing for the samples plus freight, unless UPS or FedEx account number is provided for freight costs. Note: due to the custom nature of JetDirect orders, samples may not be available. Email sample requests to samples@jetlinepromo.com. Samples requests received before 3:00 pm EST are shipped the same day. Sample orders received after 3:00 pm EST are shipped the following day. Sample requests cannot be taken over the phone. If we are unable to fulfill your request you will be notified within 24 hours. All samples are subject to stock availability. All sample requests must have established account in good standing. Un-established accounts with sample requests greater than $5(C) or who have not provided a UPS or FEDEX account number are subject to delays. All sample requests shipping outside of the US and Canada must ship on a third party account. Subject to delay if third party shipper account is not provided at the time of the initial request. Samples are not available for return to factory. No memo billing please. Please note: we cannot ship to PO boxes. We ship UPS and FedEx. We cannot accommodate DHL orders, direct or third party, at this time.

DIRECT IMPORT & CUSTOM SOURCING:

Please contact Jetline’s direct import team for assistance with all large quantity quotes, custom color quotes and custom product manufacturing. Production time varies between 90-120 days plus proof approval. Please contact custom@jetlinepromo.com for details.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS:

Artwork should be submitted in vector format and ready for print. We require all vector artwork be converted to outlines for processing. Please include any additional information which will help process art submissions quickly and accurately.
Artwork must always include PO# in the subject of the email and contact information in the body of the email. Orders without correct PO# referenced will be rejected by the factory.
We recommend submitting a faxed example of any emailed artwork for comparison purposes. Factory cannot be responsible for errors otherwise. Note: Artwork will be sized to maximum available imprint area unless otherwise specified on Purchase Order.
Acceptable File Size: Up to 5.0 MB in size
Acceptable Formats: Illustrator (CS3 or earlier), Photoshop (CS3 and earlier, hi res only), TIFF (hi res, b/w only), PDF (vector based only, please convert fonts). Note: we do not accept Word files and/or CorelDraw files for art submission.
Hard Copy: Accepted. Must be 1200 dpi or imagesetter output. We accept laser prints, stats, slicks, and film. Hard copy must be crisp and clean at 200% magnification of actual size.
QR Codes: Readability cannot be guaranteed. Not recommended.
Confirmation of Receipt: Jetline generates an automated email reply once art is received. This reply is a generic receipt and does not comment on the usability of your art. You will receive an additional notice regarding your art only if we cannot process it or have any questions.
Art Charges: Should your art require improvements that require a charge, you will be contacted with an estimate before any work is done. Art charges are billed at $50(X) per hour. $15(X) minimum billed.
Submission: Artwork should be submitted through art@jetlinepromo.com. If submitting art & order together (recommended), please submit to orders@jetlinepromo.com. DO NOT include order information with artwork submission or resubmission to art@jetlinepromo.com.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Terms:Net 30 days to customers with established accounts in good terms and to new customers upon approval of credit references and completion of credit application. Order production does not begin until credit terms have been established, or prepayment is received. A copy of resale certificate and tax I.D. number must be received in order to process any order. As a convenience, factory accepts Visa and MasterCard as payment. Credit card info can only be submitted directly to the accounting department. Bounced checks or stop payments must be replaced with a certified check for the total amount of the bounced check plus $35(X) fee.
Jetline cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.
Complaints and Returns: All complaints must be made within 30 days of shipment. Customers are required to inspect merchandise upon receipt of goods regardless of the use date of the order. Please contact factory for authorization. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from the factory and must include return authorization number provided by factory at time of return approval. No credits or discounts will be issued for merchandise unavailable for return to factory. For damaged packages, see Shipping section.
Un-imprinted (Blank) goods can be returned only if in good condition. 20% restocking fee, with a minimum charge of $50(X) applies.
Insertions & Fulfillment: Jetline can insert folded literature into master cartons at no additional charge. Jetline will swap out stock post-it pads for customer provided custom pads at no charge. Please note on your order that custom pads will be supplied, expected delivery date of pads and reference your job number and Jetline job number (if possible) on carton or shipping label when pads are provided.
Insertions and fulfillment requiring individual attention per unit require a factory quote.
Union Label: Not available.
USA Made Products: Jetline proudly sells many products made in the USA, as marked throughout the catalog and website.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute products of comparable style and price for those shown in this catalog, due to unavoidable manufacturers' changes throughout the year. Product features and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Trademark Notice: The artwork, photographs, designs, and trademarks imprinted on the products displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted product available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, photograph, design or trademark.
Factory does not acknowledge requested ship dates but will honor in hands dates.
Cancellations and Pricing: Order cancellations can be made only with the agreement of the factory. Cancellation fee of $15(G) applies per order, plus factory will bill for all work already performed up until the time of cancellation.

SHIPPING:

Unless otherwise specified, factory ships via United Parcel Service (UPS), F.O.B. factory in SC. A handling charge of $3.25(G) per carton will be added to total freight including orders shipping on a 3rd party account #. An insurance fee of $3(X) is applied to every order.
Shipping weights listed in catalog are approximate and do not factor in the box dimensions. For a freight estimate email customerservice@jetlinepromo.com or log on to our website www.jetlinepromo.com. Due to fluctuations of the fuel surcharge and freight reclassifications, Jetline cannot be held responsible for the difference between estimated freight charges and actual freight charges.
Jetline ships via UPS and FEDEX. Shipments via DHL are not available at this time.. Note: every effort is made to ship FED EX when requested, but due to early pickup there will be times when we need to default to UPS and bill freight.
Common Carriers: Carriers that service factory daily are UPS and FEDEX Factory does not ship via DHL or Airborne Express. USPS services are available for standard production orders. Factory is unable to ship on USPS third party account #'s. Customers will be billed the USPS rate plus applicable handling charges per box. Factory is unable to ship rush orders via USPS.
Truck Shipments: Orders may ship LTL freight upon request, and will be arranged by Jetline. A palletization charge of $10(G) applies per pallet in addition to any package handling charges. The factory will schedule all truck shipments. Freight will be billed separately for truck shipments unless shipping freight collect or third party.
Third Party Shipping Accounts: $5(X) processing and handling fee applies to each ship location per order using a 3rd party account number or billing freight collect.
International Shipping: All international shipments must be billed on a third party shipping account number provided by the customer and must ship via UPS or FEDEX. All charges, including duties & taxes, as well as incorrect address and residential delivery charges unpaid by recipient, will be billed net to distributor plus an administration fee of $25(X). A fee of $50(G) applies for export documentation. Export documentation fees do not apply to shipments sent via UPS or FEDEX.
C.O.D. Shipments: Not available.
HAZMAT/Shipping Restricted Materials: As a HAZMAT certified business, Jetline is legally authorized to ship products that fall in the restricted category (e.g. alcohol-based sanitizers etc.) via ground and air throughout the US and Canada, and select international destinations (note restrictions differ by country, please inquire). A fee of $30(X) per box applies to all ground shipments to the lower 48 states. A fee of $40(X) per box applies to all air shipments to the lower 48 states. Additional fees apply per box for shipments to all other destinations (including Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Europe etc.), and must be quoted by ship method and destination for each order. All orders of restricted items must ship on Jetline’s account. Third party shipping is not available.
All charge backs by carriers for duties, incorrect address or residential delivery will be billed net, plus a $25(X) administration fee.
Jetline will make every attempt to ship your order in a timely manner and via the method requested to meet your event date. However, once your order has shipped, Jetline is not responsible for delivery delays or missed events caused by the freight carriers or Acts of God. Acts of God, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond the carrier's control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond the carrier's control. Factory cannot be held responsible for damages occurring en route. Each shipment from factory is insured for full purchase order price. In the event of lost or damaged shipments, please notify factory immediately. Factory will file claims promptly on your behalf. No merchandise may be credited or reprinted prior to settlement of outstanding claims with carrier.
